Shipping Policy

Free shipping on US orders of $99 or more. Below $99, standard shipping is a flat $5.90, shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship within the United States only.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to a US address takes 7 to 10 business days.

In total, most orders arrive within about two weeks.

Duties and import fees

You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery. All applicable duties and import fees are paid by Cran Group LLC before your parcel reaches you. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay — there is no customs charge, no handling fee and no payment collected by the carrier at your door.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to begin updating after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the United States, and we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us at contact@getcran.com and we will either replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
