These Terms of Service govern your use of getcran.com and any purchase you make from Cran Group LLC, trading as CRAN. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products contain sharp blades and are not intended for children.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen than in person. We do not promise that any product description is completely free of error, and we may correct errors at any time.

CRAN. razors use standard double edge blades. We do not sell a proprietary refill format, and you are free to buy blades from any brand you prefer.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout. If we discover that a product was listed at an incorrect price after you order, we will contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order in full.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not store your card details.

Orders and cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change it, but you can return it under our return policy.

Safe use of your razor

Double edge blades are extremely sharp. Handle them only by the short sides, keep them away from children, never share a used blade, and dispose of used blades in a rigid sealed container. Do not use a blade that is damaged or rusted.

You are responsible for using the razor safely. Shaving carries a risk of nicks and skin irritation. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition or a persistent reaction, speak to a healthcare professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cran Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Your content

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you allow us to display it in connection with our products. You confirm that the content is yours to share and that it reflects your genuine experience. We may remove content at any time.

Intellectual property

The CRAN. name, logo, product designs, text and images on this site belong to Cran Group LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your state of residence.
